Dream Team:
Who’s Coming to Fall Conference?
Build your ideal list of students to invite to Fall Conference—not just the students who are already involved, but also those who are ready to belong, would benefit from Christian community, or could take a meaningful next step.
How to use this worksheet
Imagine you have unlimited spots at Fall Conference. Think about students you know, students you've met recently, and students your leaders are building relationships with. Start broad, discern who could benefit, then choose priority invitations and plan your next steps.
Build Your Dream Team
Write down the students you’d love to bring. Don’t overthink it yet. Include students who are already involved and students who haven’t found their place.
Discern Who Needs This Experience
A student may fit more than one group. Use names and specific reasons to think about what Fall Conference could make possible.
□ Ready to Belong / Would Benefit from Community
Students who are beginning to connect with InterVarsity, or who may feel isolated, disconnected, or unsure where they belong. They could take a deeper step into relationships and shared mission, or experience Christian community for the first time.
□ Ready for a Next Step
Students growing in faith or leadership who could be challenged, encouraged, or equipped to follow Jesus and participate in His mission.
Group reflection
Choose Your Priority Invitations
Choose 3–5 students you especially want to bring. For each student, consider what conference could mean for them, your next step, and the exact words you’ll use to invite them.
What might keep students from attending?
My Leadership Commitment
Closing thought: The Dream Team isn’t just about who we can get to Fall Conference. It’s about seeing the students God has placed around us and being intentional about helping them find a place in His community.
